If you are planning a trip to Vietnam, look no further than US Tours. I cannot recommend this travel company highly enough! I came to Hoa, the owner of US Tours, with nothing more than a vague wish list of places I wanted to see and a budget. What she handed back to me was a masterfully curated itinerary that far exceeded anything I could have imagined on my own. Truly disappointed and disgusted. My family has had our visas processed here for years. My aunt recently went to them to have her visa done, and I dropped by to pay the processing fee for her since she was out of the state. However, they eventually told her they were unable to process it. When my mom came in to talk to them to see what we needed to fix/anything we could do, they told her no, and they supposedly already refunded the money to “the niece.” Little did they know that they were talking to MY MOM. She knew I was no where near the store to be able to pick up the refund. They straight up lied and scammed us. She didn’t have the courage to speak up, but I won’t stand for people who take advantage of others. You can keep the damn money but karma will always come around. We will never come back here. Another store was able to process my aunts visa without issue. Better to go somewhere else that does honest business

Chi Hoa and the entire team are excellent! I went here to get my 5 years Visa, renew my wife's VN passport, and to replace my parent VN Passport. Very reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time! Trustworthy within the Vietnamese community around the bay area. Highly recommended their services. Thank you for helping our family!

The staff at US tours was extremely helpful and professional, particularly Miss Thai. She was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions which was very much appreciated considering travel to Vietnam can be a bit complicated under the current circumstances. They were also quite busy that day but she still made time for me.I’ve been trying to get a visa for quite some time and was unsuccessful. Miss Thai was able to procure a visa for me in about two days, amazing!! I highly recommend their services and will definitely come back! Thank you again US tours!

This was a long overdue review. My family has been customers for almost ten years. My family members tried services at other places in San Jose but this place is the best among all of them. They provided us with the fastest service and cheapest prices when buying tickets, applying for a visa or a Vietnamese passport. Keep up the good work! Hope you will have more customers so that they can know how nice, kind, and hardworking you all are. Shout out to Thao and Thai How for their great customer service!
