5/5 stars to my agent Cherie! This is my first time booking flight tickets through Tripplus, and with Cherie, it was a great experience! In the initial consultation, Cherie took time explained the game rules and was able to clear my doubts and answer my many questions. During the trip I had to change the returning flights three times and each time Cherie helped to fulfill my requests with lots of patience which I really appreciated. At one point the passenger was on the waiting list until two days before departure and before the ticket was confirmed, Cherie continuously tracking the booking status and was able to inform me with the status change promptly and communicated with Eva Airlines to secure the ticket. With her help we were able to keep our plan (although we kept changing our plan) and fly at the time we preferred the most! I definitely will book with Cherie/Tripplus again!

I started using Tripplus service 2 years ago and continued to use them ever since. This time is another wonderful experience. Eva airline has canceled our 2 flights in September with short notice and offered no solutions but apologies. Thanks the prompt service provided by Cherie Chen, we rescheduled the tickets right away both times👍. This company never disappoints you. I highly recommend it! I was totally surprised by their effectiveness and great attitude. The price was amazing. I’ll definitely use their service again.

I’d highly recommend Trip Plus for booking the business class between US and Taiwan. My mom’s Eva flight was canceled unexpectedly on Friday evening and Kacy Kao responded immediately to help us book a seat at midnight! Kacy was very patient to walk us through the booking process at beginning then worked around the clock to respond our questions promptly. It has been our best flight booking experience so far and certainly will continue to work with Kacy for the future travel!

Updates on 07/27/2021: Finally got the chance to use Tripplus service again. This time is another wonderful experience. 10 days right before our scheduled flight, Eva airline cancel our flight with short notice. Thanks the prompt service provided by Cherie, we rescheduled the tickets right away (one hour after their service began 👍). This company never disappoints you. I highly recommend it! Booked the flight to Taiwan in Early February 2020. I was totally surprised by their effectiveness and great attitude. They closed my case within 2 hours via online service. The price was amazing too. I’ll definitely use their service again.
