Both Mike and Gavin came out for an immediate emergency. Showed up in about an hour. Repair was completed in less than an hour - amazing. Had a bent copper supply line out of the wall that need to be cut and extended. Quality work, fast service. Amazing

Its unfortunate that Ideal was my go-to company for over 15 years. After they sold to private equity investors, it has not been the same. I gave them two chances since they became Mauzy. The first time was simply for a clogged toilet and while they did come out within 24 hours, they spent more time trying to upsell me on their membership than just fixing my toilet. Yesterday was the last straw. My tankless water heater stopped working and I called them to see if they could come out promptly. The only reason they are getting two stars instead of one is they were able to come out that afternoon. The gentleman that they sent was unfamiliar and under trained to be able to diagnose my tankless water heater. I'll save you the details but he ended up recommending a $1000 part replacement that was unnecessary. Moreover, when he reassembled my water heater, he put a part on backwards that the other plumber I called to actually solve the problem noticed as soon as he took the face plate off. Ultimately, the correct answer was that my tankless water heater needed to be serviced and flushed--far less cost than a needless part replacement. I am beyond happy with Ideal Plumbing and their staff. I have been using ideal for 30 years and they continue to be the best at everything they do. Today I had a tankless hot water system installed and the techs Luciano and Pete worked tirelessly getting everything perfect. Tanner was first on the scene with incredible knowledge and answered all of my questions which boosted my confidence in making the decision to change to tankless. The install is a thing of beauty and the area was cleaner then they found it. I would give them 10 star if I could. An excellent team from start to finish.

I had a great experience using Ideal plumbing for a leak I was having in my laundry room. They were able to fit me in the next day and did a great job.
