I had Jaime and his helper come in and install the EV charger. The crew was on time, told me what they planned on doing, answered my questions and promptly began their work. They neatly installed the EV charger and left my garage cleaner than it was after they were done. IRBIS also took care of handling the city permit and inspection, which I’m grateful for.

Jose Barajas and Benedicto did a smooth and fantastic install for my multizone heat pump HVAC system. They were punctual and respectful of the property and worked carefully to minimize the intrusion. Very greatful for their professionalism and discipline .

Had our mini split services by them. Apparently our unit is one of the worst to take apart, Christian did his best and left us with the split as good as it could be without having the fan removed (we even followed the manual, couldn't remove it). He was professional and polite. I'll be more diligent about maintenance in the future. Will use them for any hvac needs, their price was the cheapest of the companies we called.

Very happy with IRBIS, I researched and got several estimates and chose IRBIS because of their knowledgeable estimator, reasonable price, good reviews and dedication to sourcing all the available rebates. The install went smoothly and very happy with the installer's attention to detail and to the finished product. I would recommend to friends and family. We replaced a gas furnace no A/C with 100% electric heat pump for heating and cooling. Shout out to Francisco and Fernando the installers.

Excellent Customer Service! I highly recommend IRBIS Air, Plumbing and Electrical. We had an HVAC system and Water Heater that both needed to be upgraded and replaced. After reading positive Yelp reviews, we called IRBIS who scheduled someone to meet with us later that same day. HVAC “Comfort Advisor” Justin Bartlett arrived on time … was courteous, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Justin took time to understand the concerns that we had regarding our aging HVAC and Water Heater. He was able to recommend solutions that would improve our current HVAC and Water Heater set up, along with providing detailed estimates and scheduling options for work. We proceeded with the work and Justin stayed in the loop throughout the project. We would like to thank Justin for his help and recommendations! HVAC “Lead Installer” Christian Palomino and HVAC “Assistant Installer” Laki Fonua did an excellent job with this project. They worked continuously throughout the 5-day project providing a complete, thorough and clean installation. Christian did a great job keeping us informed about the work they were doing.
