Expert professionals who provide high quality service. They are worth paying a bit more for. It is also reassuring that they are Diamond Certified (a quality program that has not failed me in my first 5 years of using it to pick local companies). Valley heating and cooling installed my replacement AC 8 years ago and it has worked perfectly with no coolant leaks. This past weekend, system broke. Turned out it was a replacement thermostat that I had installed myself. Javier Garcia figured it out, fixed it on that first visit, and checked the rest of my AC system. Javier was professional and kind. I appreciate his patience and help. PS my wife danced with joy when the AC started working again :-)

Had a full heat pump and duct installation. Robert and his team completed the install on schedule as promised. Walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend Valley Heating if you are looking for a new HVAC system.

My old ac had failed. Valley was the company I selected to do the replacement. I asked the salesman Zac many questions and he always provided me with the answers I needed. The installers, Roberto and Rances did a great job. Roberto was the lead and was always very polite and helpful. I liked that Valley sent me photos and a bit of history about the men so I knew in advance who would be in my home. The installation started around 8:30am and ended about 5:30pm. I live in a condo that has four floors of living space and they had to take heavy equipment up to the attic on the fifth floor, though the ac is outside on the ground. Because it has been hot in my home due to the ac failure I have had trouble waking up rested. But last night it was a pleasure to fall asleep in my cool bedroom, and my cpap machine told me this morning that I slept for 12 hours and 45 minutes last night. It was the first time I woke up rested in over a month. Valley and the and the salesman, and the men that worked on my ac I would give ten stars if that were available. Thank you very much! I highly recommend this company!

The crew, led by Juan, was exceptional. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and completed the project ahead of schedule. Throughout the multi-day project, Juan and his team maintained the highest level of professionalism, clearly explaining each step of the installation and answering all of my technical questions with ease. Replacing heavy equipment and ductwork can be a messy process, but the team treated my home with total respect. Every evening, they ensured the workspace was tidy, and by the time the job was finished, you wouldn't have even known they were there—except for the perfectly functioning climate control! Great experience end to end. I found them via Costco and was contacted by a sales person (Karl) within 24 hours and he came out the following day. He was super concise and clear about what our options were and very fast to send an estimate. I never felt like I was being upsold or that he took too much of our time. Communicating options after the fact was also very quick. We were able to schedule an install the following week. The install team held an equally high bar, they were fast, timely and very nice to work with. The install took 3 days and every morning I would get a tracking link to see when they would arrive that included a photo of the main service person and some facts about them which was a really nice touch. I would recommend Valley Heating to anyone looking for HVAC services in the bay area.
