The staff did an excellent job on my Mom,but the Lady with the short hair that have an office in the front is RUDE AS HELL, that's why I gave them that one star ,she need to take a class on learning how to talk to people!!!!

Tony the girl that does all the finances and stuff is the most inpersonal! She talks to everyone huffing and puffing, rude, giving dirty looks, & attitude all the time. Its like she doesn’t want to be there, she has no regard for the grieving. The place is definitely a place of business not of comfort and grief. The price was good but would not recommend the staff

Terrible service, read an article in the news today. They have been fined several times, storing bodies in a storage locker. I guess that’s where they had my dad, we did not get his remains until several weeks after funeral. Where was he? God rest his soul. Hopefully these remains we received are actually his.Did not want to give one star but it was the only way to countinue this review. Please help me to put them out of the funeral business. They never returned calls when we enquirers about my dads remains. Shame how could the feel good about themselves!!!
