Miguel was fantastic to work with. He was great with communication, with both me and the sellers' agents, and very quick to respond to all questions. He guided me through every step of the buying process seemlessly, and was extremely friendly/amicable. I cannot recommend him enough!

Miguel helped me purchase my first home in South Park this year. Miguel was the absolute best realtor. He listened to my needs and most importantly was patient with me as a first-time home buyer. He also provided very great advice throughout the process which was really appreciated as I was making decisions about what I wanted in my first home. Miguel was so helpful during the closing process and did everything in his power to get me the most out of the closing sale. This process would have been so different if I hadn't worked with Miguel. I have known Miguel for close to ten years both as a friend and a realtor. I have seen Miguel interact with people I do not know as well as with people I do know, and every single time I have witnessed Miguel act with the utmost compassion, dependability and competence. This is why I have recommended Miguel to many people including to my parents whom Miguel has helped with multiple very successful purchases. Miguel has taken impeccable care of our properties and manages them like they were his own. He communicates in a timely manner and always follows through. He has had the unfortunate experience of managing 2 different floods (in 1 unit) only months apart which was difficult, at best. He is professional, discreet and has his pulse on the real-estate market. So, I trust his advice when it comes to updating my units, market price for rent, tenant issues, and everything else when it comes to managing these properties. He keeps meticulous financial records so my taxes are easy to manage and I have the documentation to support my deductions. The rents always come on time and we have never had an issue with tenants paying rent because they are vetted carefully. In short, having Miguel as my property manager allows me to focus on other areas of my life and I honestly don't even think about my units because I know Miguel has them. Would give 10 stars if I could.
