Ray is an excellent agent and a powerful advocate for his clients. He helped us navigate a very difficult seller and guided us through multiple offers and contracts. When we had to back out of a home due to inspection issues, Ray was incredibly supportive and never pressured us. I think we got pretty lucky meeting Raymond at the open house for the home we bought. He was very helpful when showing us the property and offered to have virtual meeting with us to go over the home buying process. I think that definitely helped with us choosing him to be our buying agent. Throughout the whole process, Raymond was extremely helpful and responded super quickly at all hours. There were a few hurdles during escrow, but Raymond was helpful and reassuring. This is our first home, so I don't really have any comparisons, but Raymond made this process relatively easy. I can't recommend him more.

I have had the pleasure of selling four properties with Raymond and Jhonny, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. One of the properties had a significantly high HOA, and I genuinely believed it would be extremely difficult to sell.
