Late review but I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this shop if you ever need your electronics repaired. Can tell that everyone in the shop knows what they are doing and super professional, which is a BIG plus. Quick turnaround and they make everything so easy. Reason i visited KT electronics store was because my desktop had trouble with accessing the Wifi. Tried to fix it myself and asked 2 other friends to help me out but none works. Then I decided to bring my desktop to KT electronics, and obviously they did not disappointed me with their service. Will come back for their other services :)

I first took my computer to KT Electronics in December 2024. The tech people there were very helpful and professional. They did an excellent job and made the computer as good as new. I took it again last week as it could not recognize our WIFI. Once again, the tech pros did a wonderful job. They also told me that if I had any problems or questions, just to call them. Their rates are very reasonable, as well. I prefer to support small businesses such as this one. KT Electronics sells laptops, also. I am truly a very satisfied customer and recommend KT Electronics to anyone looking for quality!

Over the years, our family has taken many computer issues to KT. In every case, the staff is helpful and patient; often explaining options. Repairs are quick and reliable. They seem to have everything on site to quickly address any problem. We highly recommend KT electronics.

What can I say, this is one of the best pc/repair electronics shop. Originally going here for my work, taking our Office computers, And realized quickly, how well they get stuff done. So many times I’ve used them for not only my PC hobby but for repairs and different scenarios. They’re always fast friendly and polite. KT himself has helped me more ways then one. Do yourself a favor and without a doubt go here with confidence for all your pc/electronic needs !

Customer service was top tier! I expressed my concern about my husband's Playstation 5 and the urgency for it to be fixed as soon as possible and he made it happen and was very professional in providing a legit repair. I definitely would be back for other electronic issues & repairs would definitely recommend to others thank you sir.
