The first time I bought an Inada massage chair here was in 2015, when the store had just opened. I have to say, the chair was excellent—really high quality and very satisfying to use. In 2026, I came back to the store - new location, just out of curiosity to see the new place. Unexpectedly, they were running a trade-in promotion, offering $2,000 for an old massage chair, plus 0% interest financing—so I decided to upgrade right away. Honestly, I felt a bit sad letting go of the old chair because it was still working perfectly fine, but the leather was completely worn out. My wife said it was time to let it “retire” 😂. The new chair is made in Japan, model JP 4100 with more advanced features and a memory function, which is very convenient. It feels amazing to use, and it also comes with a 5-year warranty, which gives great peace of mind.
