We were greeted by friendly Liam. We were accompanied and were able to test few recliners. We found a very perfect recliner and made a purchase. We have had a sofa from La-z-Boy in the past and it lasted many, many years. Product(s) speak for itself. The shopping experience was very pleasant including a negotiating and purchasing. Also, Liam was super through and clear on warranty, delivery and how to inspect upon delivery. I appreciate his extensive knowledge and his quick sensible pricing. My impression of sales was honest and accommodating. Thank you.

My wife and I ordered a custom recliner from LaZBoy in Mission Valley, San Diego. We chose a charcoal color, code 160454. We were concerned the color would possibly be too dark as we were attempting to match our couch as close as possible. We received the chair and the color was a light gray, not a charcoal at all. Unfortunately the color code label matches. I believe the sample in store was wrong. Pictures: the sample was taken in store when we ordered. The other picture shows what we received, you can see our charcoal couch in the back that we were wanting to match. Otherwise the chair is as expected. We are bummed that our $1600 chair doesn’t match and is very light.

Victoria is a great Sales Associate, she introduced the different styles, materials, etc. We found many items we really liked. Alyassa is a very talented designer. She asked the right questions to determine what we needed to redo our living room. (We were not sure ourselves) She came to our house and had so many good ideas. She set up the room with everthing we needed for a beautiful room. Thanks to both for a great experience. Kathy

My husband, Jeff and I had the most enjoyable experience when we visited the Mission Valley Lazyboy Store in San Diego. Alyssa, was incredibly helpful in our overwhelming task of selecting the right recliner. She listened to what we wanted and was patient in explaining everything….. When we had more questions she answered or found the answers, right then and there. There was no pressure. We knew we needed help and we got it. We found the perfect recliner for us! Thanks, Alyssa!

Laim was very good. I have a hard time making up my mind. Laim helped me a lot. Very patient really seams to care for the customers he helped me a lot with the color I wanted in the chairs I wanted with the price I needed to pay. Good place to go shopping for lazy-boy recliners and probably everything else I only bought recliner. Thanks Laim for all the help.
