We had another fantastic experience at Living Spaces thanks to Roni! From the moment we met him, he was friendly, funny, and incredibly personable. Furniture shopping can be overwhelming, but he made the entire process enjoyable. He took the time to show us several different options and, more importantly, gave us honest feedback instead of just trying to make a sale. He really listened to what our family needed, understood the way we’d actually be using the furniture, and helped us find a sectional that was both functional and within our budget. We never felt pressured to spend more than we were comfortable with. Instead, Roni genuinely wanted to help us make the best decision for our home and our family. One of our favorite moments was when he jokingly said that I was the boss and that he was going to side with the wife! 🤣 It definitely kept us laughing throughout the process and made the experience even more fun. Thank you, Roni, for making such a big purchase feel easy and enjoyable. We truly appreciate your honesty, patience, great sense of humor, and outstanding customer service. We couldn’t be happier with our new sectional and will definitely be back for future furniture

Have had the worst experience. We paid close to $5000 for a couch and have been put through the absolute ringer for it. We asked for the floor demo couch, color and setup. When asked for the pillow colors we picked them from swatches. The sales associate put the name of the pillow color as our couch color (we found out later). We did not receive a printed receipt because the printer was down. We did not know the name of the colors and how could anything go wrong when we asked for the exact couch as was in the show room. We brought in our dogs black hair to put against couch and everything. We received a WHITE couch (the color our throw pillows were supposed to be) and might I add full of wrinkles. They will not accept it back because in the paperwork she put that color on it we do not know the name of all your colors there are 100. We cannot get a refund, new couch, or anything. They told us were out of luck and even though the sales associated admitted to remebering us and our situation. They will do nothing even though they realize the mistep. Everything is done through corporate. A $5000 mistake on their end and they are making the customers pay. Added a photo since they respo

A few items for the house have been bought from here and I've had no complaints. In store the associates are friendly and let you have your space to roam without hovering. Super helpful and delivery is quick and seem less. The most recent purchase was this beautiful media console pictured below that my kitty approves of.

I had a very professional and attentive sales lady. Anita listened to what I needed and she helped me design and choose what I really wanted. Her assessment helped me purchase what I truly wanted. What a complete disappointment... Our in- store experience was fine, the delivery was a complete disaster. We had advised the sales rep that the delivery would be a bit tricky due to the Incline of our driveway in La Mesa. He assured us it wouldn't be an issue. On the date of delivery (today) we were told by the delivery drivers that the truck should have been a small box truck and that they would need to reschedule delivery. My pregnant wife and I were banking on this delivery happening and we had just donated our furniture (this morning). Having no bed or couch to sleep on, we have been on and off the phone with customer service (Colin), third party dispatch, customer relations (some rude call center manager) , and trying to get ahold of management (which we were told to speak to a manager at the store is literally impossible), and it has been the biggest hurdle just to get a response with this maze of communications, that don't seem to lead to a solution. We are livid and couldn't be more disappointed... The truck left after one attempt of half-assing their way up the hill and them being on hold with Living Spaces Dispatch for 30min. They had then informed us there is nothing th
