Connie is an experienced salesperson. She listened to our needs and geared us to a couch that would not only work for us, but one of quality that would last us a very long time. She helped us pick out the color and researched all the different options we had- not only color but seating styles and configurations. She did not pressure us at all and let us make choices. She followed up with us once, and didn’t bother or nag us, but let us know she was still there. When we decided on the couch and heard us talking about a new coffee tables, she softly suggested coffee tables that could work for us and for our style. She took time to know us and was personal. Being in Woodbridge with Connie was a very positive experience that we rarely have - someone who is good at what she does, doesn’t pressure, and knows her stuff. We would recommend Connie is shopping at Woodbridge.

I want to praise Robert he has been so amazing with all my questions, concerns and design details. He is so thorough and very knowledgeable about well everything. He does not pressure you or get annoyed when you change your mind he simply adapts and provides more information and support. I feel so blessed and beyond great full because I was really overwhelmed with everything and he just handled everything. Thank you for making my dream designs come true!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Woodbridge Furniture. After spending nearly $11,000 on a special order and waiting months for our furniture, what was delivered was completely wrong. We worked directly with their designer, Trish, and even provided a clear reference photo at the time of ordering. Despite that, the final pieces looked nothing like what we agreed on. This wasn’t a minor variation — it was an entirely different design. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of accountability and customer support afterward. Instead of trying to make things right, the store has been unwilling to offer any meaningful solution. We were essentially left with furniture that does not fit our home or style at all. To make matters worse, we spent an additional $4,000 on two pieces that are now completely unusable for us. At this point, we’re left with no choice but to get rid of them, which is a huge financial loss. For a company that positions itself as high-end and custom-focused, this level of error and lack of service is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering a special order from Woodbridge Furniture — make sure you’re prepared for the poss

I walked into Woodbridge Interiors and immediately inside saw the bedroom set I had imagined. Then we very fortunately were approached by Jessica Hood, an amazing designer and quite quickly understood and connected with our interests and desires (presenting us with well-chosen options and creative ideas), who was phenomenal and in pretty much over three days of a few hours each time enabled, accelerated, and enhanced our complete furniture renovation—replacing darker wood with light, modern pieces, transforming our condo immeasurably! Prices were fantastic, and furniture delivery was excellent. All around, Woodbridge Interiors has thoroughly impressed us such that we recommend them wholeheartedly!
