Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Los Angeles is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I was helped by a lady over the phone with good customer service. She was respectful and took the time to guide me on my phone to where to access the links I need. She even spell out everything for me and patiently waited for me to repeat it back to her and confirm that I had the information right.

I just got off the phone with whoever I spoke to, Representative did not identified herself her tone sounded as if she wanted to dismiss the call immediately and twisted my words telling me that they cannot take wage claims over the phone. I called because I needed guidance submitting a claim online however this Representative express eager to dismiss my call. Shame on this place!

I would give zero stars if I could. I have been emailing them for months and whoever is emailing back is very short and never thorough, so it seemed better to call to get through to a real human. However, I have called everyday and left a message for for 2 weeks and no one has returned my phone calls. I submitted a cashiers check for the garment manufacturers exam that was cashed, but they claim they never received it, and they never found it. Due to the cashier check being lost, I was not put on the garment manufacturing license exam list for 1 year. This is extremely outdated system and none of the employees that work on this office seem to know what is going on. It's actually very sad that the systems in place are so outdated and it's no wonder domestic manufacturing is suffering in the city and country.
