Extremely rude staff. A woman working there was very hostile, annoying, frustrating to work with. I’ve seen more professionalism and kindness from a McDonald’s drive-thru at 1am. My mother-in-law was very upset through the whole process. Very, very unpleasant experience.

The man who checked us upon arrival and the receptionist were all extremely kind and wanted to help my mother since she does not understand English. It wasn’t until the lady agent who was helping my mother with the next official process came along. The receptionist had asked me beforehand if my mother needed me there to translate and I said yes, so he kindly allowed it. I was there to help translate, but was not even given time TO translate. The lady would not give me the time to translate, and those who speak another language will understand, but a short sentence in English could translate into a longer sentence in the respected language because of the different characters needed to create that sentence. This lady clearly did not want to understand. The lady would speak and I would have to translate over the lady in order to meet her expectations of how fast my mother would respond to her instructions. Then proceeds to say, β€œThis is why I don’t like translators.” If you are not welcome to immigrants who do not speak English and on top of that, DO NOT PROVIDE translators, then please stop complaining, whining, and disparaging their need for one. If it’s your personal preference tha

Disgusting. My patient with a a disability from a brain injury went and was completely blown off by the agents. The agents refuse to provide extra support and informed her verbatim that she was bothering them. Absolutely ridiculous, no type of human decency there.

The security staff at the center was incredibly rude. Not only was he impatient, when there was no line, mind you. He forbids me, the petitioner to accompany my parents, who don’t speak English, to enter the facility. When questioned why this is the case, he threatened not to proceed with our application. I think we should all be at least kind to each other given the pandemic. There should def no need for this kind is abusiveness in public service.

I can't be any more satisfied with the service I receive as I went in for my prints. I went expecting lines of people, an overcrowded lobby and some annoyed or rude staff but it was the complete opposite. Everyone was very polite from the person that greets you at the front desk til the person who took my prints. I was in and out with the whole process in about 30mins. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
