Luca and his team did a great job getting this deal across the finish line. This was not the easiest transaction — we went through multiple buyer situations, inspections, repair negotiations, lender/appraisal coordination, and a pretty tight timeline while I was preparing to leave the country. What I appreciated most was that Luca stayed engaged the entire time and kept the momentum going when the deal could have easily stalled. He was very hands-on with the buyers, responsive throughout the process, and did a good job managing all the moving pieces between escrow, lender, buyers, and tenants. I also felt like he understood multifamily and investment properties well, which made conversations much more productive compared to a typical residential transaction. He was realistic, strategic during negotiations, and ultimately helped get the deal closed smoothly. Overall, very solid experience and I’d definitely work with Luca again on future deals.

I recently sold a small apartment building where Luca Jacoli was the lead agent in a deal where he partnered with Nick Peters. This particular real estate deal went sideways in a number of ways, the most major of which was a disclosure issue. After I completed my sellers disclosure form, I asked if we could all review it prior to it being given to the buyer. But Luca's firm had set up a dropbox website where I was instructed to upload files and the buyer already had access to it. So when I uploaded my form, the buyer already had access to it so it was never reviewed. I should mention this was a dual agency deal which likely led to this set up. The bottom line is some EV Chargers that were currently not working were never disclosed to the buyer. Luca became aware that they weren't working but he never thought to bring this up as far as disclosing this fact. In the end, it took over 240 days AFTER escrow closed to finally clear this all up. 240 very stressful days. At no point did Luca think he had any responsibility in any of this at all. There were other issues as well such as Luca's inspector not inspecting EV Chargers and saying that there was galvanized pipes in both builds
