It was so cute, tasted amazing. The servings for the ice cream cones were a little small, but the taste made up for it and the waffles were so good. And price worthy

Cute characterized ice cream cone. It’s insta-worthy. Other than that, the taste is not that good. It’s quite bland and tasteless. No interaction with the staff whatsoever. Order was done on the kiosk, then wait until the thing that you ordered came out. No tracking system or number calling. You have to wait at the pickup counter to see if yours is ready. Before mine came, I saw a few ice cream already done and left on the counter for a while.

I did not know this place was in the mall till my sister told me we needed to go here for the ice cream because of the characters. I did not get to try their ice cream flavors, but their characters looked so cute on the ice cream. Plus, you are able to add different toppings to your character ice cream once it's done, like sprinkles or oreos. I got the strawberry lemon tea, and it was delicious that I finished it in about 5 minutes and left me wanting more. I would definitely recommend this place. So far, the times I have been to the mall, I have never seen a line for this place.

This place is awesome because they have Kuromi-chan ice cream. The ice cream is so cute and delicious. I enjoyed the ube ice cream I got. If you like cute things you should come here. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back here in the future to try out the other ice cream flavors.

as a chain, momacado is really good with what it advertises and sells: cute characterized ice cream. it’s located in eastridge mall on the edge of the food court as an ice cream stand. there is a self ordering screen which is nice. the decorating station is cute, too, which provides customers with sprinkles to decorate their ice cream. however, this specific location is rather unenthusiastic. the staff seems to want to avoid any sort of customer service; when handing ice cream off, sometimes employees would immediately shoo customers away. there is no sense of urgency whatsoever either, if that is of concern. additionally, the portions for both ice cream and taiyaki are rather small for the price. i will say i thoroughly enjoyed the sprinkles :) > only come here if you want a *cute* treat, not something particularly tasty nor filling.
