Not a good experience for us. They did come quickly but the plumber (or person sent) appeared to be absolutely clueless, unable to distinguish an old toilet from a modern tankless model in a recently remodeled bathroom! Very expensive estimate for an evaluation. We politely declined.

I have used Mr Rooter a few different times and it was always a pleasant experience. They arrive promptly and each time, the technician was knowledgeable and explained the issue with good detail. As for price, I’m not sure since everything has gone up drastically. It was more than likely in the range as I’ve had this drain clearing issue in the past.

Excellent workmanship, prompt, reasonable and best of all no charges for the initial visit. I had my water heater drained and exhaust pipes replaced. Several estimates I got were more than $200 higher. Omar was very knowledgeable and efficient. He made some suggestions I hadn’t thought about. Thank you Omar. I will call again if I need other work done and definitely suggest to neighbors to contact your company

We had tree roots in our pipes and Mr. Rooter came out and had to line our pipes. This was a couple day job, but the entire team was very professional and communicative throughout the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work.

Mr. Rooter came to our home within 20 minutes of our call! We ended up needing a new toilet in our guest house and we also discovered that all of our original cast iron sewer pipes had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. All along the way, everything was thoroughly explained to us and we were allowed to look at the cameras so we could see the damage ourselves. The crews were respectful, friendly and efficient, leave our house clean at the end of each day. Noe, Jose and the rest of the guys are all the best!!!
