San Diego is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and San Diego follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

For how much I am paying not to receive an email from anyone, it is infuriating when I am close to being dropped. I've left my academic advisor emails, and she only replies when another faculty member messages her, and I am CC'd on it. But she hasn't emailed me directly. And the phones? Don't expect a call back. Been leaving voicemails for a week already because I have verifications to send me and a scholarship deadline. Can I add the fact that this new upgrade was supposed to help, but it has literally made everything more chaotic? I have never felt this anxious in my life trying to get these documents, and nobody cares. And my coworker lost her loan forgiveness because the summary of our financial aid was not enough. When she emailed to get the right one, as they had before this upgrade, the committee for her loan forgiveness told her to reapply next year. How fair is that? Stay away, guys.

Seems the issues I am having, others have had as well based on reviews. I had very high hopes for starting at this school and pursuing both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees here. I first reached out around May 15, 2026, to begin the enrollment process. I submitted my official transcripts at the end of May, but for some reason they were not evaluated before the school's system shutdown. I was assured that my transcripts would be evaluated immediately once the new system was up and running. However, when I followed up three days after the system came back online, my advisor informed me that the evaluation still had not been completed and that my start date had been pushed from June 22 to July 20. At this point, the new system has been operational for over a week, and I still have not received any updates. I have reached out to my advisor multiple times through both email and text without receiving a response. Calling has not been much help either, as the hold times are extremely long and the only option is to wait for a callback. Enrollment should not be this difficult. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely disappointing and honestly concerning. If som

I had extremely high hopes to pursue my Bachelors Degree at this university. I will start by saying Samantha Higgins has been the greatest help as well as Dean Adia Garrett. I initially expressed my interest in National University 5/14/2026. I initiated my transfer of credit from my previous university a few days after that. I was assigned an Enrollment Specialist by the name of Charlie Graham each time I reached out to him by text he never responded. I had to follow up each text with a call in order to get a response from him. As of today 6/3/2026 I received a text from from the University advising me of a system transition causing Advising & student ops to be closed 06/05/2026-06/14/2026. My anticipated start day was 06/22/2026 with dates approaching I sent a text to Charlie, which he didn’t respond to. I followed up with a phone call. Charlie answered sounding extremely disinterested and very short when addressing my concerns if the system switch would affect my start date. For context, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a distasteful encounter with Charlie. This is the first time I have expressed my concerns and requested a new Enrollment Specialist. As of now I’m exploring o

Amazing school with a very organized and supportive system. After being away from school for 18 years and returning in my 40s to pursue my second master’s degree, I truly doubted myself at first. But after completing three courses, I’ve realized I absolutely can do this. NU makes it incredibly easy to navigate for working adults and busy moms. Highly recommend it!

Highly disappointed in this school. When I initially requested interest in pursuing my higher education goals through this institution, it was conveyed to me that classes start monthly, which they do; however, I was very transparent about doing so in a hybrid learning environment to ensure I would be able to maximize my military benefits. I was scheduled to start today as a matter of fact, but didn't find out until the end of last week that the bulk of my classes would be through online instruction only. I would be losing a significant amount of money if I were to continue this path. If I had known this early on, I would have sought out an alternative education institution. This is very frustrating as I have wasted about two months of time ordering and paying for multiple transcripts, as well as jumping through hoops to get my VR&E counselor to expedite my education plan. I now need to wait until June for a fully hybrid class schedule. National needs to do better. I wonder how many veterans have been in similar situations with this school. Even if this means allowing veteran students take an exam, a lab, a weekend meeting, etc., in a seated environment, that would satisfy the re
