Neptune society was chosen by me due to past positive experiences in New Orleans. However, here in Fresno William’s main concern was not the grieving family in another state, or my situation attempting to help them. His concern was money and paperwork, with no empathy in my voice and distain when questioned to clarify information. Very Rude and Uncaring

William was very rude and unsympathetic. He sounded as disinterested and robotic as if I was ordering at the deli and his only concern was payment. Neptune Society used to be caring it’s a shame

Neptune society handled my father's arrangements. They were great, everything was done in a timely fashion. The only problem was their facility has a weird smell to it. I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But the second time I came in the smell was very offensive. They should really look into it, not trying to be rude but it quite possibly was an employees breath

William at the Neptune society of Fresno is very easy to work with. He knows his business, and makes dealing with difficult situations much more doable! I would recommend their services as they are courteous, understanding, and affordable. Thank you William!

My mother passed at home in May 2020 and they came within 2 hours and handled everything for us. Very respectful and discreet during the worst time for me. They kept in contact with my dad and ordered the death certificates he needed. They provide information as to what the next steps are and support. I’m planning to purchase the services for my husband and I so my children won’t have to deal with uncertainty.

William was very helpful and compassionate after my father passed. They handled everything; no issues and were upfront with us from the start about costs etc. They have many options to choose from and you are able to order custom jewelry and much more through them that other places we checked did not offer. Great customer service during a difficult time; I would highly recommend them.

When my Father passed away Neptune Society was flawless. Handled everything fast. Juat talked with William today at Neptune...great guy. Thanks Neptune!! They make it very easy. Greg

When my grandmother died back in 2016, Neptune Society of Central CA (Fresno office) handled everything. Things went flawlessly. Their personnel were able to collect my grandma in less than 2 hours, and they took care of everything. I highly recommend them. I understand that there is a different organization that has a similar name (namely, "The" Neptune Society). I wonder if the ratings this company has received are a better reflection of the other company, given my positive experience with them.
