The Neptune Society handled my aunt with care, and worked around an issue with the county that delayed things, yet somehow they still got everything done in time before I had to leave town. They made me feel like they were in my corner during a difficult time.

Neptune Society helped me through one of the hardest times of my life. Recently, I lost my second son. He was only 36 years old, and one of his final wishes was to be cremated. A friend recommended Neptune Society, and I am so grateful they did. When I first spoke with them, they met me where I was—a grieving mother whose heart was shattered. From the very beginning, they treated me with kindness, compassion, and understanding. They spoke to me as a human being, not as a number or a dollar sign. This was the second son I have lost in 14 years, and that is a pain no parent should ever have to endure. Yet every person I encountered at Neptune Society treated me with dignity, patience, and genuine care. They listened to me. They answered my questions. They walked me through every step of the process with warmth and professionalism. Before the cremation, my daughters and other family members chose to view my son. As a mother, I could not bring myself to do so. Their comments brought me comfort. They all said my son looked peaceful, as if he were sleeping. Very professional, caring, and friendly staff. Prompt responses to our questions and concerns. Courteous and polite with mourners during the funeral. Nice and clean facility. I highly recommend Neptune Society to others in need. Ron Haulman and Star… you’re the BEST!!!

Very caring and helpful dealing with the loss of my mother. Used them before in Washington State as well when my wife passed. Hopefully won't need their services again, but if I do wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Ron and his California team were wonderful and caring, answering all of our questions; including death certificates and mailing her ashes to another state. Will look into Neptune Society in our home states. Thank you.

This is the 2nd time our family have used Neptune Society with the cremation of a loved one. They are so very kind, caring and understanding with walking us through the steps during one of the worst emotional times in one's life. Thank you to all of the staff.

This was my second time receiving services from the Neptune Society. Outstanding service all around. The people I had to speak with over the phone, Ron in particular, were all so kind, courteous, and helpful. I never had to worry about ONE thing as they handled everything from the very beginning of my dad‘s passing. The emails that I had to respond to with signatures came promptly. It’s very affordable. Neptune Society took care of it all and that was so comforting at such a sad time… We as a family highly recommend this organization to any single person or family out there.
