It took time for me to be able to go to the office with my busy schedule. I had to reschedule several times but Tracy was very flexible. I finally met with her and she was so knowledgeable and my experience was Awesome! She accommodated all my needs and more it was a pleasant experience. The team and Willow Glen Funeral Home were wonderful to work with at the most difficult time. From our first meeting with Cristina, she made us feel at ease as she explained the process to us. She honored our requests and took care of all the details. The day of the funeral went smoothly from beginning to end and everyone commented on how comfortable and peaceful the chapel was.
