Amazing customer service. Alyssa Davies is the best realtor, hardest working, and most helpful individual I have ever worked with in any professional setting ever. Before this process I asked myself what exactly realtors even do, and now I can genuinely say I feel bad that I was not able to get Alyssa paid enough. For a 6 month loan assumption and 5 months of escrow, Alyssa worked tirelessly. She stopped the deal from falling through multiple times, was always there to help answer questions and put out fires, made countless phone calls, and held the hand of banks dragging their feet and not doing their job. Many people recommend the realtor they’ve worked with but I cannot recommend anyone higher.

My partner and I purchased a house through NewTown Real Estate back in May. Alyssa Davies was extremely talented and supportive throughout the whole process. Multiple times she saved the deal from falling through and kept all parties involved moving towards the finish line. Without her help my partner and I would not have been able to purchase our home. Alyssa went above and beyond at every step of the process. I wouldn’t consider using another real estate agent in San Diego County going forward.
