⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OB Thrift Store & Vintage is one of those hidden gems that makes Ocean Beach special. The selection is always changing, so every visit feels like a treasure hunt. From unique vintage finds and furniture to collectibles and everyday items, there's always something interesting waiting to be discovered. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The store is organized, reasonably priced, and full of character. Whether you're looking for vintage décor, clothing, or just enjoy browsing for unexpected treasures, this is a must-stop shop in OB. I always leave with something cool and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend supporting this awesome local business!

Great place, good range of different things. Yvonne running the place was super cool and helpful. I guess it gets crazy busy here on weekends, but was chill and nice when I went in on a Tuesday.

Avoid this place at all costs. What should be a community space is run by a husband and wife who have turned this shop into a hub for their own narrow-minded toxicity. It is the definition of "charity" without the heart, fueled by two of the most judgmental, self-righteous people you’ll ever meet. The experience is defined by blatant profiling and an air of superiority. The moment you walk in, you are appraised; if you don’t meet their specific social or aesthetic standards, you are followed, watched with suspicion, and treated as a nuisance. It is impossible to ignore the shift in their demeanor based on a person’s background or race. They offer smiles to some while meeting minorities with cold, "holier-than-thou" glares. The woman, in particular, is a disgusting excuse for someone in customer service. She is incredibly condescending, with a palpable sense of classism and prejudice in how she speaks to those she deems "beneath" her. Together, they have created a pricing structure that effectively gatekeeps the store, turning accessible goods into overpriced items to ensure the local community stays out. It is a performance of community involvement that lacks any actual respect for

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. The owners are incredibly snobby and seem to forget they are running a thrift store, not a high-end boutique. They treat customers with a blatant, classist attitude, looking you up and down as if you aren’t "worthy" of being in their shop. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Instead of being helpful, the owners are rude and dismissive, acting like any question is a personal insult to their time. It’s clear they have zero respect for their patrons. Save your money and go somewhere where the staff actually has a decent attitude and values their community.
