Los Angeles is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Los Angeles follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Just got off the phone with Rosa the receptionist, I contacted the office of our attorney general in regards to an important tenant displacement matter that my roommates and other tenants in the property that I’m residing in are facing. I called optimistically to ask about what resources and some sort of guidance from the public taxpayer office that we are entitled to. Rosa had the audacity to say β€œif you want to speak to the attorney general you have to go to Sacramento to do that” it is deplorable and disgusting to think that employees on a taxpayer salary would misinform the general public on such manner. Luckily I know my rights and know that if we want to leave a message for our AG her job is to write down the message and send it to him. No you also go not need to travel to Sacramento to do that I am politically active and know my rights. The only thing she did right was provide me with the supposed phone number that’s supposed to be of help as she was trying to rush me off the phone. We voted for our AG and I l ow he will respond and know he will see this message so hello Mr. AG speak with Rosa about the disinformation.

The staff need to be better equipped with information about their own jobs. I was looking to get answers regarding visa information/marriage info and through the travel.state.gov site I was told this office would have proper info on how to register my foreign marriage in California. Upon calling they barely seemed to have any info in regards to what to do and I was given the advice to "Google it" at one point... that's what I did to even get to calling this place. No offense to the staff because I believe it isn't fully their fault, but I do believe the ones in charge need to better equip them with info if an official US gov site says that they would be the ones to have it and answer my questions.

Terrible. Was scammed by Indiegogo a crowfund company based in SF. Filed a report with this office and they didn't even do the most basic level of looking into my complaint. I had questions and called the number in the letter they sent me, but it was a non-working number and then called the general number and was placed on hold and then after 30 mins the calls would be dropped. I never actually got to speak with the person that handled my complaint. Tried to for several months and never got anywhere. Extremely pathetic how this State Government Office is being run.

Utterly useless! This office doesn’t represent/protect the people of California! Whenever you file a legitimate complaint with them against a person/entity, that is clearly within their jurisdiction, and ask them to investigate/prosecute, they simply send you a generic rejection/referral letter to another incompetent and corrupt agency! It’s horrific what’s become of this state! No wonder why individuals and businesses have started to move out of California, pathetic!
