Yummy bread and drinks, super cute. I love bears so I'm biased but overall I enjoyed the salt bread at this location and their other location as well. The banana matcha is yummy too, I asked for no sugar in my matcha and the banana cream on top added the perfect amount of of sweetness.

Extremely pretty cafe. This is my 3rd time back. I will say the pastries are underwhelming for their price, however the matcha is great. I would say it is overpriced because you have to pay $1 just to change the milk if lets say you are lactose intolerant. You also have to pay for a lot of things in general and the base price is already $6.50/$7.50 for the matcha. Overall it is pretty sweet. It is nice and creamy… overall the matcha blend is nice.

Features a variety of delicious bakery goods at a reasonable price and delicious beverages including ceremonial grade matcha and limited edition drinks. Would definitely go again to try more of their menu! (Heads up, they are often PACKED on weekends so expect long lines if going then, and there are only a couple of tables so you likely would have to get everything to-go on those days)

Ok so this bakery and cafe was such a good find. We were just looking for a cute spot to grab some caffeine and maybe a pastry before we started to explore Little Tokyo. The staff is friendly and the interior decor is cute. It sits in the lobby of the Miyako hotel so there is not too much seating but very nice to sit for a bit if you can grab a table. Both the banana creme matcha latte and matcha seat salt cold brew were fantastic. Great quality matcha and the taste was on point. The furikake salt bread was unique to us so we really enjoyed that. There was also a cute little bear bun that was fluffy and delicious. If you are in the area, definitely recommend stopping in! Now for my standard comments. The location is clean and well kept. Comfortable indoor seating if you are able to grab a table. Gets very busy and the location is pretty small since it is in the lobby of the hotel.

This bakery is in a hotel. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. I got their curry pan, matcha mochi bun, bear custard bun, japanini, and Furikake salt and butter bread to try. The curry pan had crispy panko bits on the outside but was only filled with a thin layer of curry. It did have a decent flavor tho. The matcha mochi bun and an ok matcha flavor with a sweet red bean filling and thin chewy mochi layer, the bear custard bun was SUPER pillowy soft and had a good amount of not too sweet vanilla custard inside. The japanini had a crispy, cheesy outside and a thin savory bacon pesto layer. The Furikake salt and butter bread had a crisp exterior and soft interior with good salty, buttery, umami Furikake flaves. It was a bit dry tho. My top items were the bear bun, japanini, and Furikake bread but everything here is kinda pricey for what it is so for me it’s eh.
