I’m visiting Los Angeles and needed to see a doctor. One Medical Primary Care Clinic was a seamless experience. Once you register (Amazon, yep) you can book appointments, see a physician, have lab work done and pick up your prescription everything on the spot. It’s in a beautiful and safe place downtown near the metro. A great addition to my medical care.

The office itself is clean and great views of the city. Dr Parsons is amazing - incredibly empathetic and comes from a place of true compassion and understanding.

Dr. Benitez was very thorough in her examination, yet efficient with time. My prescription was ready at the local CVS by the time I stepped on the sidewalk. And I started feeling better within a day.

Ann Martella-Janes is a PA here that I have been seeing for the past 2 years. My visits have never felt rushed and she is open/minded in her approach to any concerns I've brought up. She's also LGBTQ+ friendly and curates a safe and welcoming environment even with more invasive procedures/examinations being performed. Her approach to research being brought to her or requesting additional testing has been nothing short of respectful and collaborative. It's unfortunate that I may loose access her to in-network services with my insurance, but I still might continue to seek her care and guidance out of network despite this. Parking can be a little stressful, but they validate parking at The Bloc. If you get dizzy easily, do be aware they recommend parking at the 5th floor will take you up a spiral ramp.
