Very good experience. Appointments are easy to book and appointment availability is strong even for preventive visits. Providers take the time to explain everything including follow up lab results in a very timely manner. The only thing that could be improved is the predictability of the lab test experience and getting follow up vaccines. Often times at the Alameda location the lab will be unpredictable closed and calling the actual location to check before leaving the house isn’t an option. The 800 number customer service is good but it’s slow give the site specific lab confirmation. I ended up going to the Sunnyvale lab on the weekend which was a good and more predictable experience but they didn’t have the vaccines I needed. So, I had to do a different day for those and the North First Street location.

One Medical is incredibly convenient when I need to make an appointment, and they have many locations throughout California. Every time I visit, my health concerns are taken care of efficiently and thoroughly. The staff are always friendly, warm, and professional, which makes the entire experience very reassuring.

I just wanted to take a moment and give a huge THANK YOU to the front counter staff and the lab technician (Deanna) for being absolutely wonderful. Getting blood drawn is something that causes an immense amount of anxiety for me. But everytime I come and see Deanna she is kind, doesn’t rush me, talks to me through the whole process and genuinely makes the experience a good one. I have been to multiple OneMedical locations and will continue to come here! Thank you Deanna and team!! You are SO appreciated!!

One Medical is a great primary care provider. I've been a member for close to ten years and couldn't be happier. I can often book appointments the same day. For urgent issues they provide video calls in 10-15 minutes. They're also quick to reply back whenever I have questions. I've recommended to One Medical to many friends and family and will continue to do so. The subscription cost is worth every penny.

Got an email to leave feedback for today. Here's my Lab Feedback: I arrived for walk-in Lab about 8am when the lab opens, 1st one there as I was told I need to come back when fasting ✔️ lucky to hear the lab tech would not be in until 9am and that's not normal ✔️ I was called at 9:15am check, over an hour wait time past opening ✔️ 🚫 what gets me is the tech had no awareness to say anything like "thanks for being patient" or "sorry for the wait". There were 5 others there also waiting for the walk-in lab. Not a good look, and I think a self-aware professional would have at least said something besides they had allergies. Because of this delay, I was late to my next errand and the line there was long that I had to wait a whole another hour, standing in line there. Had lab been on time this morning, my day would not be so backed up nor lost about 2 hours. They really tested people's patience at One Medical Lab this morning and while on zero food, but it's not without me leaving candid and needed feedback. to Jaela and the reply: I believe it would serve One Medical's customer service response better to not put it on the customer to reach out to your feedback@ email and to provide mor
