My wife past away in January 20th, other place I tried calling were close I searched online and palm lapaz funerals and cremations came up first I called and immediately responded and scheduled a date so I can go over the plans for my wife. They have been very helpful and has helped plan a funeral for my wife and family.

When they came to collect my mother from her home, they were professional, soft spoken and caring. They did it with respect and did a beautiful preparation for the removal. Her hair was combed. They placed a velvet blanket on her, all edges tucked. She was comfortable. She looked like she was in a peaceful sleep. As we walked backed in our home, they left her bed made with a rose in her pillow. So beautiful. So well done. Amazing. I was at peace knowing that they will take care of her. Blessing to them for caring beyond my imagination. Thank you❤️

Kristie was absolutely phenomenal—she didn’t just feel like a professional; she felt like family. She guided us with such care and compassion, making the cremation process so much easier during a time when we felt overwhelmed. Kristie went above and beyond by helping us create a beautiful slideshow of memories of my sweet stepdad. This thoughtful touch saved us so much time and allowed us to focus on honoring him and being with our loved ones. Her kindness, patience, and attention to detail made all the difference. From beginning to end, Kristie and her staff were so compassionate during our difficult time. Kristie went above and beyond and handled all the details even when we were having a hard time grieving. Communication through the process was reassuring. Last but not least, her staff the day of the service went above and beyond as well. Ray who drove the hearse carrying my dad as he was entering the cemetery, seen me walking towards the burial spot and asked me if I wanted to take the ride to the burial spot, and Ray gave me such a special gift, to ride with my dad one final time. I will forever be grateful! They attended to our every need making us feel so taken care of. We were truly blessed! Thank you!

Everyone at La Paz was kind, supportive, and helpful in guiding me and my family through two recent and difficult losses. I’d like to thank Kristie McKean in particular. She not only walked me through the intricate paperwork and procedures involved with a loved one’s passing, but she also listened to me—my concerns, my confusion, and my grief. At a vulnerable, painful time, I felt lucky to have such thoughtful people in my corner.

The whole team made this difficult time very easy for us. Veronica responded to me with every single question in a very rapid timely manner. Our viewing was great and they were so considerate. The funeral went well and everything turned out great!

Services were up to our standards. All the staff compassionate and helpful. Everything handled with the utmost respect. Only drawback, was the number of mishaps with website as in wrong names, duplicate info areas with diff addresses, unable to access link to upload pics and still waiting on thank you cards that were to be included. Thank you to Veronica Aguilar and all the staff at funeral service Santiago, Ray & Feliz.

My family’s first experience ever using this kind service, that said, we didn’t exactly know what to expect. The team made sure we knew exactly what we were getting, explained every single detail so we felt completely comfortable that our needs were met.
