I was disappointed when the other pawn shop in this area closed down. However I'm very impressed with my experiences working with PB Pawn. Very kind and professional people. Like any business, there's just one young buck who's quite content to retain his lack of expertise. I like them more than the original shop on garrnet Ave.

Response to the owner: And you continue to lie about this. Your scale was not easy for me to see. I had to lean over the counter to see it, and it was facing you, not me. I knew you were lying about the weight, which is why I asked you to weight it again. When you did the same shady action with the scale I was trying not to laugh. 37.7 grams is about the same weight as 6-7 quarters. My chain is so heavy it's too uncomfortable to wear. I'm sure you get away with lying to people all the time, which is why it's so easy for you to double down on your public response here. DO NOT trust these guys. They are liars and tried to scam me badly today. They are absolutely horrible people. I brought in a beautiful, 150+g Italian 925 sterling silver chain. It's so heavy, it's too uncomfortable for me to wear. The jerk that I talked to weighed it so quickly, he didn't even let the scale settle before removing it. I asked, him how much it weighed, and he did the same quick, on and off the scale again and said it was only 30g. He knew he was lying, and he knew that I knew he was lying. I went to the PB Pawn Shop after not being in a Pawn Shop for many years. Boy have things changed. They have some really nice merchandise displayed well. Customer service was very good. I haven't sold a couple pieces of jewelry that I've had in my jewelry box for years. I would highly recommend them

The staff was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable throughout the process. They resized my fiancée’s engagement ring for free and also repaired one of my necklaces for a fair and transparent price. Everything was clearly explained upfront, and there were no surprises. Overall, they were honest, helpful, and easy to work with. We never felt pressured—just genuinely taken care of.
