I had an excellent experience with Peak Builders for my roof repair project. From the beginning, the entire process was handled professionally and smoothly. Enrique, the project manager, did an outstanding job communicating every stage of the project. He kept me informed throughout the process and provided pictures of the work completed at each phase, which gave me confidence that everything was being done correctly and with attention to detail. The project was completed in just 3 days on a roof that is approximately 2,800 square feet, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. I am very happy with the final result and appreciate the transparency, communication, and care that Peak Builders provided throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Peak Builders to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy roofing company.

Enrique and his team did a great job with our roof. I appreciated how thorough his communication was throughout the process: bid, start date, daily updates, and clean up. I got three bids for our clay tile roof, and Peak’s pricing was very competitive. I appreciated that they used drones and roof software to generate measurements and pitch. He identified a section with low pitch and described how that would be treated differently. He also diagnosed and solved a problem we were having with our gutters. He also added finer mesh to our roof vents to prevent sparks from entering. I was concerned about getting our roof done quickly because it was winter, and I appreciated that Enrique showed a lot of hustle to get the tile delivered and get the job going as soon as possible. During construction the team was conscientious about cleaning up the site everyday. Enrique would send me progress photos progress often, which was reassuring. We requested some modest boost with our tiles, and that was done well. The team was thorough with the clean up at the end of the job - even repaired the sod damaged by the tile delivery trucks. All in all, we are very pleased with the process and the outcome

We had going problems with drainage and flooding in our yard and water infiltrating our living room. We tried many cheap fixes but finally decided to fix it right. Enrique managed the job and gave us multiple options to solve the problem. The team put in a French drain in the yard to help with water coming from our sloped yard and then added drains, waterproofed the exterior of the house, and added a concrete patio and path along the exterior of the house to keep water away from the house. The work they did was thorough. The tackled the problem from many angles to ensure we wouldn't have the issue again while also improving the look of our space. They work cleanly and quietly. I received calls daily and texts with photos of progress. When we had a small communication issue they worked to remedy the situation quickly and effectively. This is the second job they have done for us and I wouldn't hesitate to use Enrique and his quality team again. Also shout out to Luis for his friendly professionalism and work ethic.

Roof needed much TLC after many years of creative solutions. We knew we had found the right team for our job when we met Bob as his expertise was apparent. Crew went deep, past the original 1960s layer and the final results speak for themselves. All completed in under a week and just in time before the first big rain of the season.
