SSR Roofing was recommended by our neighbor & friend Mark, owner of MDS contracting. We absolutely didn’t regret having the SSR Roofing replace our roof. Dave, the owner came to check the roof and explained what needed to be done. After we signed the contract, Dave immediately scheduled the work to fit ours. It took only 6 days from roof demolition to completely finish our new roof. Our new roof looks beautiful with the CertainTeed Shingles. The roofer, Valentin did an excellent job. He took his time to make his work very crisp & clean. We highly recommend SSR Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Our roof started leaking unexpectedly before the holidays with rainstorms looming. Two of my coworkers recently had their homes re-roofed and both highly recommended Shake Shingle & Roll Roofing. Dave, the owner, came out personally and inspected our roof on short notice. Unfortunately, the roof was shot, a big rainstorm was in the forecast and SS&RR was booked solid for the next 6-8 weeks. Dave offered a temporary repair at a reasonable price that would get us through rainy season, but he recommended a replacement as soon as possible. He also said that if we decided to go with SS&R, that he would cover the bad area with a tarp at no charge until he could fit us in. I told Dave I would likely go with the temporary repair or the even more temporary tarp job, but I needed to get other quotes. Dave understood and encouraged me to obtain other bids. While SS&R may not have offered the lowest price, it was certainly a fair one and their work was excellent. We cannot say enough about Dave, Priscilla and the entire crew at SS&RR. Shake Shingle & Roll Roofing is a top notch company that installs new roofs with a quality of detail that is paramount. The owner Dave is old school and very professional. He takes great pride in his work and company, and also keeps his trucks in pristine condition. He is very experienced, working in the industry for over four decades (since 1984), and guarantees his work and won’t settle for anything less than stellar. Dave gets up on the rooftops, takes pictures and then shows you the work needed and walks through it step by step. Dave has Incredible knowledge and experience! Highly recommend! I know he’s re-roofed over 50 homes in Clairemont and of the ones I know, all homeowners report 100% satisfaction. Highly recommend!
