The crew was professional, kept me informed throughout the job, and wrapped up on schedule. They cleaned up after themselves, answered my questions along the way, and the roof looks great with no leaks since. I'd recommend them.

After getting a free estimate and comparing a few contractors, I went with Resilient Roofing for flashing work at my home in Scripps Ranch and was glad I did. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and finished exactly when they said they would. We recently hired Resilient Roofing to replace our roof tiles and flat roof membrane, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone in the company was incredibly professional, responsive, friendly, and very easy to work with. Whenever we had a question or concern, it was immediately addressed. Amanda, who first helped us with the quote, was extremely patient and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We never felt rushed to sign a contract. Jose, the production coordinator, was very organized and kept everything moving smoothly throughout the project. The superintendent, Jose, provided frequent updates, which we really appreciated and helped us feel informed every step of the way. Silvia in accounting was also wonderful to work with and made everything easy on the administrative side. At the top of the list were the carpenters working on the roof. Great quality work. This was honestly one of the best experiences we have ever had working with a contractor. The communication, professionalism, and customer service exceeded our expectations. We were very, very impressed and would highly recommend Resilient Roofing to anyone needing roofing

I purchased a home and didn't know anything about the history of the roof or when it might need to be replaced. Resilient Roofing inspected our roof and provided honest feedback about a couple of issues that - if addressed - would extend the life of the roof for a couple more decades. They easily could have told me I needed a new roof and tried to upsell me. It is very refreshing to see a contractor providing honest feedback to save the homeowner money and get them exactly what they need. I would definitely recommend them.
