I’ve been to this location probably 50+ times. I used to visit frequently but honestly the drinks (Kawaii) have been soo watery the last several times I visited. I miss how it used to be! Also, the drinks run sweet/syrupy so I recommend reducing sweetness.

SOOO BAD!! Never had such a bad boba before. Please don’t go here. It was nothing like they showed in the photos. Too much watery. There was no jelly and hardly any pearls. It was just WATER.

Haven't had Pekoe in a long time! Didn't realize there was one in this plaza (sharing same parking as King Eggroll). I ordered my usual drink at other boba shops. Passion fruit green tea, with boba, and half sugar. $6.50 + $0.95 for boba...definitely on the pricier side. All in all, good drink...but for the value, I might look to go elsewhere. Should be able to find parking in the plaza without an issue.

Pekoe is another one of my favorite Boba spot in the Bay Area. This one is Located right off of Lundy next to King Egg Roll. I often stop by this place at least two to three times a week! That is because it is about less than Ten minutes away from me. Their Menu is Simple. The Services are pretty quick. That is why I'm here Just in And Out Happy! So far I enjoyed my Strawberry Milk Tea (pretty in pink), Honey Dew, Jamine Green, TMT (Taro MilkbTea) Boba with Grass Jelly, Pekoe Special, Manly Melon, Kawaii, the Raspberry Baret, and the Pomstar. Yummy! Overall this place only sell Milk Teas, Fresh Fruit Teas, or Smoothies. I recommend trying them all!😋😆

Great interior, parking can be really tight at peak times. Flavor combos are unique and pretty great. Some are way too sweet, ask for a sample if your unsure and then have sweetness adjusted. Not a fan of the way they do tapioca, not sweet at all. Def good for boba.
