We had a great experience with Planet Orange termite inspection and treatment. The initial inspector did a very thorough job and confirmed termite activity we had suspected, but even more importantly identified additional areas with termite issues that we were not aware of. He explained and carefully documented what needed to be done. The technicians that performed the work were also excellent. They came in with a good understanding of the work that needed to be done based on the inputs from the initial inspector. They explained the work and answered our questions thoroughly. They worked efficiently and cleaned up carefully. The treatment required drilling holes in stone pavement as well as ceilings inside and outside the house. In each case the placement of drill holes were carefully chosen and carefully made and sealed so that they are hardly noticeable. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone we encountered.

Called for a serious ant issue and bought the monthly service. I have not received advance notice of when they are scheduling my service and have missed several due to work. I have been charged for those visits. I have had two different technicians. One was excellent, the other was not. The ants are no better and I have moved to another solution. I will say that I have used planet orange for a termite issue in the past, and they were excellent.

There are many reasons to avoid doing business with Planet Orange: 1) Their office does not communicate with their service providers When you call Planet Orange, they only thing they care about is getting you sucked into a contract. Any other information you provide them, they do not capture in any way. Whatever you tell them about the services you need or your home, they do not communicate any of that information to the technicians who come to you home. The pest people show up and it's like they have never heard about you before. They know nothing about what you need or why you've asked for service. It's like the office is one company, and the people who actually come to your home are an entirely different company. They do not communicate. 2) The people on the phone don't provide the information you need for a successful appointment The people you speak with on the phone at Planet Orange only care about sucking you into a contract. They do not care about providing you with any information you need to make sure the service appointment you schedule will be successful. If there are any actions you need to do as the homeowner to ensure a treatment can be provided, they don't tell you
