Just watched a video of a member of the public coming to file a Public Records Act...... and the receptionist showed such distain for the public with no regret.... We are tired of our employees acting like they don't have to help us. Great job violating the Public Records Act. Enjoy the repercussions and new job search lady

I complained about being out of service for going on 7 months with my phone co. They were nice and told me to fill out the paperwork and they would handle the rest. I was sent a letter from cpuc . The company told them I would have it repaired by the 9th of Aug. I was previosly called by the company and told it would be by the 31st. In the letter it also stated I was satisfied with outcome which I am not. When I called the cpuc to tell them the letter had bad info. They wanted to just reconnect me with the company. I thought cpuc was better than that.

Read the reveiws. Someone fraudulently put my name on their account and ran up a bill. I called the Utilities Commission after the utility refused to take the amount off my bill which was around $450. The Utilities Commission told me that I had not done what the gas company wanted and unless I did I would be held responsible for someone else's bill. Then they gave me two weeks to get a document that takes 4 to 6 weeks to get from the courts. This is one of those places your tax dollars go to get thrown away.

My company is a tour provider and we went into the L A office after they had made a mistake. We were told we should never come in the office and we should just call. That's the level of customer service you can expect from them. Worse than DMV, maybe worst government agency I've ever had to deal with. They make a mistake, then give ME the attitude.

A representative by the name of Doris Johnson wrote me a very cryptic, rude response which I'm copying and pasting: Johnson, Doris Today at 9:30 AM To: me We do not Regelated LADWP check with your utilities company. Thank you. I responded: What? You don't regelated? I don't understand. What does regelated mean? and her response: Contact your utilities company. and my response to that: I've already contacted LADWP. And you are rude.
