I thought these guys seemed ok, but I'm left feeling pretty shocked by my $800 cost for a service that took them under an hour. I don't know what the going rate is for condenser cleaning and our unit was filthy, so I paid their price. I was told it was a three hour job. It took 1/3 of that. They showed up on time for both the evaluation and the cleaning appointment and both techs were courteous. Somehow, though, I feel like I've been had.

My furance just turned out without turning on, it is really hot so I called Sandium. Christopher came to inspect our furance and told us it has be replaced by new one. He is very polite, professional and patient. We were very impressed by his service. He was SO NICE to tighten our door bell which was just sitting there for a year. Thank you, Christ!! I totally recommend them.

I'm overall satisfied with our service with Sandium. We interviewed 3 companies and Sandium was by far the most thorough. Todd, the project manager/sales rep, was very detailed, responsive, and professional in everything he did. I also felt that he was very honest. He didn't always steer me to the most expensive option; there were times when he actually advised against adding on something that he didn't think was necessary. The reason it's not a 5 star review is because when the installation team arrived, they chipped our travertine stone steps in the front when hauling up the heavy AC unit. I gave the feedback and the company paid to have the steps repaired, and also held a company wide meeting to ensure that something like this didn't happen to a future customer. That's all you can hope for with an accident like this, and I think it says a lot about a company that handles adversity with class, professionalism and courtesy.

I had a Mitsubishi 4-ton heat pump installed at the end of March 2026, and it was done by Sandium. Robert Shuper did a wonderful job - he gave me very detailed estimates, explained the whole process and stayed with all questions and issues throughout. The two contractors Manuel and Ernesto also worked very hard, were extremely nice and patiently answered all my questions. When there were issues, the way they managed everything left me very satisfied - they were responsible and professional. Their technicians were also extremely knowledgeable and determined to make sure everything was done right and fully resolved. The entire process was handled seamlessly - from applying for permits to eventually getting the rebate - by professional company. Sandium took care of all of it, so I had nothing to worry about. I am extremely happy, and I'll definitely be referring them to other clients as well!

Excellent communication through emails and texts for setting up and confirming appointments, reminders and enroute information also sent. Technician “Noe” was on time, polite and kept me informed of his work progress. Duct repairs were completed as requested. All and all a very professional and customer friendly experience. Thank you!
