The worst experience. Some of the staff are great, but there are too many bad staff members. They are very judgemental. Your level of care is directly related to how you look or what you believe. Also, a member of the staff started stalking me after my visit. When the issue was brought up, no one from patient relations replied to me, the director my light his behavior and made excuses for him. Then I was made to think it was my fault. I'm not one to make a fuss, but I live in fear everyday and no one at Scripps cares about resolving the issue they caused. My advice, go to UCSD

An especially good choice if you’re arriving by ambulance and you’re homeless, the parks around the institution afford sanctuary if you’re not admitted. This is a very high tech choice and you can get great care by medical expert hallopathic doctors and the entire team. It’s my second choice in San Diego and a fine one. They have world renowned service.

I have been a patient at Scripps Clinics and at Green hospital for 50 years. I was even a patient before Green hospital was built. I read some of the negative reviews and it’s like they’re writing about some other place. I have never had a negative experience. I drive from Riverside County just to get away from the medicine in this area. Recently, I had a knee replacement with Dr. Wilde and his team. I did a lot of research and I was willing to wait a couple of months due to his schedule. I can hardly put into words how wonderful this experience was. After the procedure, I had pain for about a week. I was able to bend my knee right away and was able to walk up the stairs in two days. If you can imagine, I don’t even have a scar. Thank you Dr. Wilde! The staff at Scripps communicate so well and an email or a call is responded to within sometimes minutes. Being hospitalized, there is like being at a spa! There are people all over the world who travel to this Institution for care. San Diego is lucky to be its home..

I recently had an ultrasound performed by Dr. Luna and ultrasound tech Kambiz, and I wanted to share how impressed and grateful I am for the care I received. Dr. Luna was extremely thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen, explain, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly felt I was in good hands. I have now had two ultrasounds performed by Kambiz, and he has consistently been friendly, professional, and attentive. His skill and calm manner make the experience easy, even when dealing with stressful medical situations. Their level of care, attention to detail, and genuine kindness truly stood out. I have had other ultrasounds in the past, and the experience was not always this thorough or compassionate. That is exactly why I wanted to recognize and thank both Dr. Luna and Kambiz. They went above and beyond in helping me work toward answers, and even the written report was detailed and thoughtful. Scripps is fortunate to have them, and patients are too.

Being in the hospital is never easy, but my family members have been hospitalized here twice in the last couple of years for orthopedic procedures. The floor they are admitted to is extremely large and busy but the nursing staff are excellent. Will be back. Special thanks to the nurse who moved my father to a nice room with a view to help with his recovery. That meant more than anything, thank you for listening to us. Thank you Scripps !
