First time here at Silver Creek BBQ. Ordered to go two brisket sandwiches. One regular and one large. Also 1 pint of beans. The brisket sandwich was amazing. Super moist, large meat portions on the sandwich. Truly enjoyed it. We definitely be back to try other items on the menu. Came from Morgan Hill to try and it was well worth the drive. If like good smoked BBQ, please go try this place. Lastly they have 8-10 beers on tap too.

Holy cow. Ordered brisket to-go on 4th of July holiday and it was terrible. I am surprised they even let this go out the door. They need some serious quality control. The brisket was so dry that even the BBQ sauce couldn’t moisten it up. And way too salty. So disappointed. Previous visits were pretty good. Sad. Just look at my photo of the dry meat.

Excellent variety of BBQ style food it was to hot to eat outside which is nice! But inside was not very cozy and Loud! over all service good, food great! I wish them a long success in that location we needed something good!! 😀 We only had a few of all they offer!!

Close to my place so decide to check it out. Not bad for breakfast sandwich for $9.50 and free coffee included, enough protein for me in a day. Unfortunately, they only have tacos and breakfast sandwich between 7 to 11am. I would want to come here and try their brisket. A small amount in my sandwich this morning would not give me enough information and credential to judge. Enjoy my experience so far, spacious dining hall and patio, friendly staff.

We are long time residents of the area, and those who know, know -- we have been praying for a successful restaurant at this location for many years, and Silver Creek BBQ looks like it's a winner! The location is spruced up, with a breezy, open, and inviting patio/outdoor space. In its first few weeks of opening, it's packed! There were times when we had to turn ourselves away when there was just no seating or the line to order was way out the door! Anyway, to the food -- we love that there is a BBQ place right in our neighborhood, but the flavor isn't quite right yet on their meets. The texture is great, but the meats don't taste as if they've been smoked long enough, the flavor doesn't come throughout the cuts. On the bright side, we love their BBQ sauce, particularly the spicy sauce, which has a particular kick. Anyway, we hope they keep improving their recipe, and we plan on returning quite often to support our neighborhood businesses.
