Honestly, I was a little hesitant renting from this company because I’ve never rented via third party and I had also read some negative reviews. But, I went ahead and gave it a try and must admit it was a great experience from beginning to end! Everyone I dealt with was really nice and helpful. They answered all of questions and were accommodating. And it was so easy to return the vehicle with signage present. I would definitely use them again!

From the moment we got our luggage the ease of SJC’s rental facility was top shelf. A quick walk across the street and you’re there. No shuttles or tram rides to some obscure location to take your bags on and off. When I got to the SIXT desk the counter representative Izzy was incredibly efficient and personable. He made sure I understood all the policies about renting the vehicle (especially the fact that if I didn’t return the vehicle fully fueled I would be charged $13/gal) and even provide some history I didn’t know regarding the business. Since I was returning to vehicle early, the crew at the vehicle access let me know clearly how to return the vehicle during off business hours. The first time we rented was in San Diego a week before this current rental. It was a last minute decision but I was so impressed that i immediately booked for our trip to San Jose I was a loyal customer of another well known company but going forward I will be using SIXT

Amazing service, very supportive, and genuinely interested in providing a great customer experience. I came here the other day with many questions that needed to be clarified before picking up the car. The employees were very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Afterwards, my phone wouldn’t connect to the car, and the team worked hard to find a quick solution. They even upgraded me free of charge and made sure everything was set up properly and that I felt comfortable before leaving. The service was truly outstanding, and I can highly recommend this company. I would especially like to recognize the employee Gil/Glen (I can’t quite recall the name - my apologies). He managed the entire process and did a brilliant job. Many thanks!

It was good, so far. Not sure why, got limited milage, really, not a biggy. Pick up and return were fast. Hopefully, they will not charge me extra $$. Got car bigger than I booked, was promised to be contacted to change the car, but it did not happen. I enjoyed the car anyway.

Had a really good experience with Sixt Rental Car! Everyone was super helpful, and Gil especially made the rental process feel easy from the start. He even helped me with my heavy luggages, which I wasn’t expecting but really appreciated. What stood out was how natural the customer service felt—they weren’t just going through the motions. The customer service is uniform across the team. They noticed when help was needed and just stepped in. One of the team members even offered to help before knowing if I was a customer or not, which says a lot. Overall, just a smooth and genuinely nice experience. Would definitely rent with them again! Definitely way better than other places - highly highly recommend!
