I couldn’t recommend Dr. Nadia more! On top of helping me ease and heal my lower back pain the whole experience of being in her beautiful space and presence healed my mind, as well. I’ve also used a number of Solare tinctures which give me immediate relief from headaches to sore throats. 10/10!

Went in because of some shoulder pain and Dr Nadia recommended cupping, acupuncture and red light therapy. Once on the table, she has a healing touch that made me feel calm and safe right away. I am a little nervous of needles, but she applied them gently so that I felt no pain. The whole session was very relaxing especially the red light. The warm glow felt like sun rays on a warm day. Few days later my shoulder feels much better! No longer feel the pain and can get back to being active. I'll be back for follow up visits. Highly recommend Dr Nadia!

On June of 2023 my journey of pain relief and healing began with Dr. Nadia Schulkind.  In 2022 lipoma was removed from my right arm.  There was some pain and atrophy where it was difficult to use my arm.  It was like there was a dead spot in the area of surgery.  After going for a few weeks, every week, for acupuncture methods such as Circling the Dragon I am able to go to the gym and lift weights without feeling like my arm is about to fail. In addition, a few years ago a driver hit my body with their vehicle.  I had a brain injury that left me sensitive to noise and light as well as neck, clavicle, back, and trap issues.  Nadia listened to my needs and concerns and worked her magic with her needles, cupping, and heat.  I am able to move pain free, exercise, and become physically stronger. Because of her training and experience, Nadia is very knowledgeable about holistic and Chinese medicine.  She knows instinctively what the body needs to find relief.  She is compassionate, kind, mindful, and committed to helping others live a life not overwhelmed by pain.  The thought of having acupuncture or even just cupping can be scary and intimidating.  When I arrived in her office I was

Not to be cheesy but, Dr. Nadia was born to heal. She's everything you'd want in an acupuncturist. Receptive, kind, gentle, the list goes on. If I could bottle the feeling I get after one of my treatments and drink it for breakfast every morning-- I would! Solare Acupuncture is just the best!
