Our Experience was great!!! From beginning to the end. Mrs. Tina was AMAZING. My Mom and myself went in for information and Tina answered every question we had and explained every detail. You can tell she loves what she does and she’s all about making the family comfortable. She even checked on us a day prior to my dad’s service. It was just an overall great experience. I’d recommend them any day. Thank you Mrs. Tina for making our experience a great one and for the hugs 🤗.

My experience at Sterling & Smith Funeral was so beautiful and heart warming to me at my most saddened and painful time . Everyone was so nice and supportive. I highly recommend Sterling & Smith with all your needs with the loss of your loved one .. God bless you Tina .

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I didn't see empathy or care for the family's feelings. After months of waiting, the Urn didn't fit in the niche. No one took the time to work with the cemetery and get measurements. The only concern was the check clearing. I don't recommend using this Funeral home if you truly love your family member.

For my uncle’s service it was constantly pushed back and phone calls ignored and for the final resting place his urn was to big to be stored which they had to take it back which was very unprofessional so he was not at peace they should already no the size. Just unprofessional all the way around please find a more professional service for your love ones.

Just this past weekend June 6th, 2026 we held a small intimate memorial service for my deer departed grandpa and was not able to see him laid in his final resting place as the urn would not fit in his purchased burial spot after confirming multiple times with rep TINA that the urn selected would fit .. they first said it would have to be laid on its side which itself was odd , but even on its side it would not fit. Sterling and Smith ended up having to resume custody of my grandpa's ashes until the situation is rectified .. this was extremely heartbreaking as we had already had to wait months just to bury him due to some other troubles.. not sure how exactly this can be avoided in the future , but proceed with caution when using sterling and Smith to handle your loved ones, better yet I'd avoid them all together as my mom has to relive his passing more times than one should.

Sterling and Smith funeral home has provided excellent service our family lost members in 2017, 2023, and May of 2026. They provide loving support service was just a simple cremation no service the other was cremation with viewing and small service and most recent was the full burial with full services. they're compassionate they don't mind repeating things as they understand that you're grieving while trying to conduct business they' don't overwhelm you with phone calls and multiple trips back to the funeral home. The cost is much less than other funeral homes but the quality Care and services are above five star.

I loved thing everything that Tina and the rest of the people working there and everything was done so nice and perfect for my brother and for my family that it was amazing. My mom recently passed away. We had Pre-arrangements with Sterling & Smith for the normal situation. But, we had a special request, Mario helped us with that request, he went above & beyond. Mario was always very kind & respectful while helping us. I really appreciate all that he did for us. I would recommend Sterling & Smith. Thank you Mario
