Ipic left and it seems things went downhill. Bathrooms were a mess, something I had never seen before. I did inform them they were out of paper towels and they were quickly replaced. 2 toilet stalls in the womens restroom upstairs were a hot mess with toilet seat covers all over the seat, trash on the floor. When the movie ended, I went back to the restroom and those 2 stalls were still a hot mess. I am not giving it 1 star because they got rid of the dining experience, changed their menu and cocktails. That's understandable with new ownership. I am giving it 1 star because my seat wouldn't recline all the way back and I was stuck in an awkward position, not comfortable. The whole purpose of paying so much more for this ticket is to have a reclining seat and enjoy the movie. The seat next to us, was stuck on a recliner position and I couldn't even use that one even if I wanted to. Front desk informed us they couldn't give us a refund. Currently waiting for management to contact me and see if this could be better resolved. I do not want a voucher because I do not plan to return. Without the dining experience its not worth it for us to drive an hour to this location. Seats that

The best movie theater Iβve ever been to! I watched Obsession, and even though the movie was scary, the experience was amazing. The seats were incredibly comfortable, and the blankets provided on the seats made all the difference. They helped me stay cozy during the scariest moments, making this the best place to watch a horror movie. The lobby looked incredibly elegant and upscale. The second I walked in, I could tell this theater offered a unique and elevated atmosphere that made the whole experience feel special. I canβt recommend this theater enough and will definitely be coming back to watch more movies!

I've enjoyed iPic since its opening in Westwood. Gone on dates with my wife when we were dating. Now we go there with my 11 year old son. Enjoy the food the service, the location is just great. It's a shame to hear it is closing now. None of it is their fault but of course Hollywood 's making terrible movies for 10 years now. My family and I will miss the iPic.

This is a very nice theater thatβs easy to overlook. The seats were comfortable and you can be served food while you watch your movie. The staff were great. Parking is easy next door in a paid parking structure.

Have you ever been stuck in an elevator? Well, apparently thatβs the bonus experience you get at iPic. What was supposed to be a beautiful day, watching a movie, having drinks, enjoying good food. Ended with us trapped inside an elevator for 23 minutes until the fire department came to rescue us. The worst part? This happened in the parking structure next door that iPic uses for their customers, yet it clearly doesnβt seem properly maintained or inspected to safely serve their loyal clients. And after the rescueβ¦ what then? Are we just supposed to ignore the panic and trauma caused by something like this? Who takes responsibility for that? The rental building? iPic? Or us, for continuing to support a place that seems not to care enough about its customersβ safety?
