I went to The Hideout Salon for the first time this past weekend and I had an incredible experience! I got a blowout with Stef and she did an amazing job. 11/10, my hair was shiny and bouncy; I got so many compliments and the look lasted all weekend. Stef was really thoughtful and meticulous with her work, making sure that I got the exact look I wanted. I got to chat with both co-owners, Stef and Angela, and they had such warm and friendly energy about them. I will definitely be coming back! If you’re in DTLA or just looking for a great hair salon (with beautiful decor!), check out The Hideout Salon. You will love it.

I recently got my brows done at The Hideout LA, and I have to say—it was such a great experience from start to finish. The space itself has a really cool, laid-back vibe that instantly makes you feel comfortable, but what really stood out was the service. Vannesa, the brow girl, is seriously amazing at what she does!! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, gave her professional input, and shaped my brows perfectly to suit my face. You can tell she’s super detail-oriented and genuinely cares about her work. My brows have never looked this clean and balanced. The whole appointment felt relaxed and personalized, not rushed at all, which I really appreciated. I left feeling way more confident, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments. If you’re thinking about getting your brows done, I highly recommend booking with Vannesa at The Hideout LA. She really knows her craft!

My stylist Aiden was absolutely amazing. I travel to LA frequently for work, and was last minute looking for someone to touch up my roots, add some more highlights, cut & style my hair. He did amazing, was so friendly, and easy to talk to. My hair has genuinely never looked better. And as a blonde it’s hard to find someone who is perfect. I already booked my next appointment with him!!

I had an incredible experience at The Hideout. From the outside, you’d never expect how spacious and beautiful it is inside, such a stunning space, with a team that’s genuinely kind and welcoming. Daniel Apodaca worked absolute magic on my hair. I had a lengthy brunette colour correction (nearly five hours), and it was worth every second. His expertise, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach completely exceeded my expectations. For the first time ever, I left a hair appointment without feeling like I needed to adjust or correct anything once I got home. The colour was perfect, and even the finished blow-dry and silk press lasted an entire week. Daniel is not only incredibly talented but also warm, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I’m officially a returning client and couldn’t recommend him or The Hideout more highly.

Daniel Jr is amazing!! Every time I see him my hair turns out perfect. He really listens, makes the whole experience fun and relaxing, and I always leave feeling so confident! Especially after getting a Brazilian blowout! :) I highly recommend seeing Daniel Jr, he’s truly the best!
