Dr. Nash was great, explained things well and Jennifer gave great customer service with helping me to select a new frame, and explaining the differences with different lense options, etc. My new go to optometry office.

Dr Nash took over for Dr Bowlin when she retired. I saw him for the first time in October and was very disappointed with his examination and what his charged me. I was a very long time patient of Dr Bowlin and she also was both my kids eye doctor since they were very young and they are both in their thirties and going to the same doctor. On the same day as I was my examination my daughter saw him too and had the same examination that I did she paid $75 out of her pocket (didn’t buy contacts or glasses yet) and I paid $215 out of my pocket (didn’t buy contacts or glasses yet). There is still one employee left that worked for Dr Bowlin and so I called to talk to her since she knows my history so she said she would ask the doctor why there was such a discrepancy between mine and my daughters payments and he said mine was multi focal. And then he said it was because it was because I was a new patient. But that doesn’t explain why my daughter’s payment was only $75. And how can I be a “New” patient when he purchased the my doctor’s practice. I DID NOT GOOGLE HIM TO FIND A NEW DOCTOR OR GET REFERRED TO HIM BY A FRIEND OR ANOTHER DOCTOR. THAT WOULD CONSTITUTE A NEW PATIENT TO ME. THAT IS

I would like to thank Dr. Nash and all of the amazing staff here at Total Vision Care! Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a welcoming experience and I’m grateful for the care I have received. They are always happy to answer questions and concerns and have been wonderful overall.

My experience with Dr. Nash was excellent. I have a third cranial nerve palsy from a bad fall, causing double vision. Dr. Nash made me feel heard with his willingness to help me understand its symptoms, then worked with me to dial in my prescription with care and precision. Thank you Dr. Nash.
