This is the best store that I’ve ever been in. I’ve never experienced something like this before. I also think that I’m in love with the employee named Denise, who works the counter sometimes. Amazing hair.

This place is amazing! Amazing customer service. I felt so welcome and the selection was incredible! Special shout out to Denise at the register, made me feel so welcome and seamlessly did her job! Would recommend to anyone interested in fishing or hunting!

I’ve been purchasing firearms here since 2016 and have never had any issues. Recently, I picked up a few new firearms, and while the shop was extremely busy (which is pretty typical for San Diego), the experience was still great. The staff behind the counter are consistently friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. The managers, Josh and Sean, are both professional and easygoing. Josh really helped me out with an important issue that required contacting the manufacturer, Daniel Defense, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What could have easily turned into a headache ended up being handled quickly and efficiently. He also helped me choose some optics and guided me toward the best value for what I was spending. The first person who assisted me, M.J, was outstanding. He shared a ton of useful knowledge and took the time to walk me through the finer details of the firearms I was interested in. Super friendly and genuinely helpful. KD and Tony have also helped me on multiple occasions. Tony especially took the time to explain more detailed aspects of a firearm I was considering. I have been buying guns here since 2016 and have never had a problem. Recently I picked up a few firearms, while the place is very busy that is expected for San Diego. The guys behind the counter are all very kind and knowledgeable. The managers Josh and Sean are easygoing and professional. Josh helped me with some important issues I had and needed to contact the manufacture Daniel Defense, whole process was easy. It could have very well been a nightmare. Josh got me sorted with some optics and picking out the best value for the money spent. The first guy who helped me we M.J was exceptional and passed me on a ton of knowledge. Very nice guy behind the counter and was cool showing me all the little things on the guns I was interested in. Also KD and Tony set me up a few times. Tony took his time to explain to me some intricate details on the gun I was interested in. Literally left the store with more knowledge than I had when I walked in. Tony also explained to me the ins and out of California compliant rifles. He explained to me the pros and cons of each system. It was also busy as heck but the guys are still laid back. I had a very frustrating experience at this Turner’s location regarding warranty assistance. About three weeks ago I purchased a Daniel Defense rifle from Turner’s. Daniel Defense later instructed me to return the rifle to the store so they could send it to the factory for a warranty update. I called earlier in the day and explained the situation. The employee took my phone number and said the manager would call me back. I waited all day and never received a call. When I called again later, the employee told me to bring the rifle in and they would send it to regional for warranty service. Based on that, I drove about 35 minutes to the store and arrived around 6:05 PM, almost an hour before closing. As I was checking in at the counter, the manager came over with an attitude and asked what I was doing there. After I explained, he said he didn’t have time, that he was the only one working, and told me to come back another day. When I explained that I had called beforehand and was told to bring the rifle in, the manager said I hadn’t spoken directly to a manager and therefore there was nothing they could do. After driving 35 minutes based on their instructions, I was essentially d
