Milk tea (and iced tea) are way too sweet! Get with the program, EVERYONE can adjust sweetness. The first few times I came I swear the people working actually cared about giving good service. My most recent time will be my last. The sweet young girls working the counter gave me the biggest phony attitudes and didn't even try to pretend they were listening to my order. Omg

Had the Oreo Matcha Tornado and Crème Brûlée Taro Tornado. Taro flavor really came through, creamy, sweet and not overpowering. Blended perfectly. Not So much impressed w/ Oreo Tornado as the Matcha Flavor was non-existent.... Definitely not something ide recommend as I asked Lady working, she stated "They taste very similar" NOT!

Quite literally the best smoothie I've had. I wasn't familiar with this chain but it was near the hotel so I thought I would give it a shot. I got the Sunrise Smoothie 50% sweetness. The man at the counter informed me that they don't use any syrup in the smoothie so they can't really adjust the sweetness. However, he said they they used condensed milk as the sweetener and can put less in it for me. I thought it was genius to use condensed milk to add more depth to the flavor. It is also more vietnamese style. I still think about this smoothie.

Stumbled on Urban Location during my yoga teacher training; I was desperate for something cold after doing yoga in a 106 degree room. Urban Location satisfied my craving perfectly and I’ve been back several times since then. The things we’ve tried: taro milk tea with taro pudding, mango tornado, flan brown sugar, strawberry tornado, milk tea with flan and Thai tea. Every single one of these drinks were quite good. Absolutely no complaints. The service could be more welcoming and friendly, but staff always worked efficiently to prepare items quickly. Paid around $10-26 (with tip), depending on the number of drinks ordered. Definitely coming back for more.

Came here because I was waiting for the joint to open next-door. I ordered the original Thai tea. I got a small so about six bucks and honestly, it’s pretty good. It’s pretty big for a small too. for food I got the spicy orange chicken. It was about nine dollars pretty sweet pretty spicy, but still worth it in my opinion. Overall, I definitely think this place is a fun place to grab a quick lunch or chill for a long time. They’ve got constant music playing not too loud so you can still hear your friends lol.
