For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, how long is the wait at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. American restaurants typically run lunch and dinner services with a quieter stretch in between, coffee shops open early, and many kitchens close earlier on Sunday. Cards and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere, a tip of 15-20% is customary for table service, and sales tax is added at the register.

Great to have this market in my neighborhood, we basically shop here for a majority of our needs. Please bring back the Julian Natural Apple Pie (no added sugar). It was so good, not sure why I cannot find it any longer. Also please consider stocking Thai basil!

I've been to Windmill Farms Market several times over the years. I've been coming more often because they have a type of sourdough multi-grain and sourdough protein bread that I like from Izzio Bread Company. I liked that they steadily keep it in stock. I have purchased it at Target as well but they are not consistent in keeping it in stock as Windmill Farms. I in occasion pick up a bag of their locally lard fried corn tortilla chips and flour tortillas, which are very good. I also like that they have a coffee station. The ladies that make the hand made flour tortillas are always in good spirits and are up for good conversation when I visit. Same goes with the young ladies at the register. There's plenty of parking available here.

Used to be better even a few years ago... Now, alot of produce is nearly spoiled (or will spoil within a few days of bringing home). Check the refrigerated hotdogs and deli meats in the same area before you buy.... as alot are generally expired. Along with alot of other items. Ive told them but seems they dont care to remove expired products. 90% of the employees are not pleasant and not friendly/helpful. Not sure but maybe the work culture is bad. Particularly the employees in the deli section are very stand offish and not helpful. The ones making the sandwiches are particularly unfriendly. I understand people have bad days but when your working in a customer facing environment then you need to behave properly.... or find a different job (girl with blonde hair... I dont think this job is for you). Id say 50% of the cashiers are pleasant. Also if your ordering a sandwich then plan atleast 25 minutes. Even if no one is ahead of you, it will still take 25 minutes. They do have a good selection of boxed goods and healthy type products. Still shop here because of convenience but wish they would make some changes.

Clean, friendly, locally owned, and GREAT for low fodmap/gluten free! Tons of good gf and fodmap options, including carry Fody the brand. They also carry Taste Republic pasta (the best fresh gf pasta!). Plus a bulk food section and local/natural "nutrition" section (deodorant, supplements, lotion, toothpaste, soaps, etc). Highly recommend!
