Bailey handled all the arrangements for my father's cremation and memorial service. She is an amazing person and brought my mother a lot of comfort during the preparations. Her kindness and empathy was welcomed. She kept in constant communication with us. The service came out beautifully. The chapel was beautiful. I cannot say enough about Yost & Webb and wonderful Bailey. Thank you.

This funeral home has the most integrity of any I've dealt with in my 74 years. When children are estranged from parent often times it left to siblings to make decisions. I admonish everyone to make a prepaid plan with all references for paperwork (death certificates) so that everything is covered the way the deceased would like it. The owner and I have been close friends for over 60 years as well as her parents and extended family for a longer time. This is what matters when the time comes....friends who you can depend on. Yost & Webb is without exception the most respected funeral home in the Valley.

I cant say enough about our experience with Barbara here at Yost and Webb. My siblings and I said it time after time on how grateful we were with Barbara's patience and professionalism and her attention to detail. Never once did we feel like we were a burden with our many inquiries and double checking and remembering little details to request of her. It felt as though she was IN this WITH us. Everything turned out so beautiful and they did amazing on our mom. We couldn't of asked for a more flawless service. Viewing AND the Mass Service. Thank you thank you Barbara and team. Thank you for being gentle and compassionate when we needed it the most. Thank you for orchestrating a beautiful service that we can feel proud of when saying goodbye to our mom. Yesterday I was with Family and this funeral home was very outstanding. Felt so welcoming the lady that directed it. I believe her name is Barbara did an amazing job. Thank you!

Barbara was so sweet and kind. She walked us through every detail and with so much patience and professionalism. We cannot thank her enough for making this sad experience as quick and painless as possible. She personally saw to every detail especially the day of the service and checked with us each time before moving forward. Thank you so much Barbara. The family and friends all commented on the amazing service and attention to detail they witnessed as well. I will recommend others to work with you personally on such a tough day but you make it better. Thanks again. You have a special talent for this time in our lives. God bless you!

My cousin unfortunately had to be here. As for many of us in the family we did not appreciate the business whatsoever. I am unsure as to why my family was not able to see our loved one. I know at Lisle Funeral Home once our loved one had arrived, the body would be placed in the proper way & we were able to see our loved one before being buried. This was not the case here… it really hurt us all knowing our loved one was not properly taken care of. I am surprised by the reviews. It is very small will not hold more than 50 people. Wooden seats are very hard. Parking is not down a whole a block. It’s very limited as well. My family wanted to purchase their own casket in which they were not able to. My cousin had to be placed in a “rental casket”. My cousin was not dressed, given a bath, nothing. He was placed in a body bag the same body bag from the time he was picked up from the hospital to the morgue. Places like this in the “rental casket”. We all wanted our loved one to have an immediate transfer to Lisle Funeral Home. Unfortunately we had to stick to this funeral home. I've used Yost & Webb for my mother in 2007, my sister in 2009 and last week, for my 41-year-old son. Each time I've done business with them, it was completely professional, comfortable and they listen to your situation. They provide on their website an obituary that you can write and include a color pic of your lived one - at no extra cost. They provide the death certificate so you don't have to go downtown to get it. They are the last locally owned funeral home not connected to a nationwide company. They are an asset to their profession.

Sadly we have used of their services twice; for my Grandma in 2012, then my mother in 2022. Barbara assisted us both times, she is very patient, understanding, caring, and respectful. Working with people who listens, take care and deliver a beautiful way to say goodbye deserve more than 5 stars. My family & I thank you Barbara.
