I have been calling them for 2 days, no answer, all voicemail options, no call backs. Definitely not someone you'd want to work with for travel.

Albert at A-Z Travel was amazing. We decided that we wanted to go to Hawaii and called Albert with only about a couple of months lead time before we wanted to go. He called back the next day and once we spoke, he sent a tentative itinerary the same night which sounded amazing! We loved it and a few days later our trip was confirmed. He answered all of my questions and since he has been there many times, he gave me great advice and information. This was one of the best trips we have ever been on. Both the location and resort were amazing. He was a great communicator and you are paying for great service. Can't wait for our next journey! Mahalo Albert!
